Saber Healthcare is looking for an experienced individual for the Director of Medicaid Eligibility position. They will support and develop the Revenue Cycle Process as it relates to the Medicaid Eligibility Process. The position works in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Management Team to ensure timely approval and payment.

Qualifications:
- Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred but not required
- Have 2 or more years of Long Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle and Medicaid Eligibility
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility environment would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Ability to work hours as scheduled (40hr work week) based on the requirements of the position/assignment, with ability to travel
- Must be detail oriented
Responsibilities:
- Possess a full understanding of Medicaid Eligibility Requirements as they pertain to individual state and federal regulations
- Possess a full understanding of Appeal Rights as they pertain to application denials. Know next steps for denied applications
- Maintain full ownership of all Medicaid Pending Accounts that have reached 150 days and older to ensure the next, most appropriate steps are being taken to achieve approval
- Be a mentor and source of reference for all Communities, Management and coworkers
- Answer and respond to all inquiries by Communities, Management and coworkers in a timely manner
- Complete and/or attend all training and education as assigned and as otherwise required by company, management, applicable law, rule, or regulations
- Work in conjunction with Revenue Cycle Management Team to create efficiencies throughout the revenue cycle process
