The salary range for this position is $149,000-$161,000*; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.This position is based in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of four days on-site per week.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Business Partner (Senior Manager, HRBP) to support the Commercial organization. Our Talent Business Partner team is the strategic arm of Talent focused on identifying, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives to staff, on-board, develop, motivate, assess, retain, and organize our talent who ultimately enable our high growth business. We push our senior leaders to think strategically about their people and are accountable for building the organizational structures, leadership, and future teams that will propel Wayfair's success as a business.

What you’ll do
- Partner with key Talent teams and business leaders to design and deliver execution strategies supporting broad change initiatives (e.g. optimizing organizational design, changing operating models, welcoming new leaders, etc.)
- Coach functional partners - across levels - on managing performance feedback, leadership development, and conflict management with their teams
- Partner with central Talent partners, Talent Business Partners, and key stakeholders to develop and implement scalable calibration, compensation, and development processes
- Provide guidance and advising on best practices to support managers on effectively managing, evaluating, and growing individual performance and development
- Advise and consult in the resolution of employee relations concerns by partnering with employees and managers to recommend effective, equitable, and scalable solutions
- Conduct investigations, provide accurate and timely responses to concerns, and determine solutions that uphold legal compliance and equity
- Support people-focused, department-specific business objectives by leading core analyses (e.g. employee voice surveys, deep-dives, listening sessions, etc.) and use related outputs to shape action planning that yields a positive impact on efficiency, customer, and revenue/cost
- Amplify central Talent initiatives - gathering stakeholder feedback, cascading key messages, and capturing and sharing back insights around outcomes
Desired Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or a direct business-facing support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- Advanced skills/experience with Microsoft or Google Office Suite of tools - Excel and Sheets specifically
