Responsibilities:

Must have active state license
BC required
Weekdays, Days, No call
BLS required
16 - 20 patients per day, geriatric patients
Well visits, preventative medicine, cold/flu, chronic disease maintenance, immunization, lab & test
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
