You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
- Leads and implements organizational change and standard Methodology practices at the organization or team level.
- Establishes and implements consistent ways of working across an organization in alignment with Accenture Methodology.
- Utilizes metrics and regular health checks to identify and solution for areas where the organization would benefit from focused attention.
- Coaches leaders on metric and goal setting strategies that drive good team and organizational behaviors.
- Leads and influences a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, conflict resolution and continuous improvement through coaching.
- Designs and Facilitates Methodology training for all levels of the organization and for all team positions.
- Coaches leaders on organizational structure to ensure that teams are set up to maximize effectiveness.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience driving the design, development, rollout, and execution of delivery Methodology.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ working with clients/projects to effectively communicate Project/Program status, risk and mitigations.
- Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington.

California $161,200 to $399,500
Colorado $161,200 to $345,200
District of Columbia $171,700 to $367,500
New York $149,300 to $399,500
Maryland $149,300 to $319,600
Washington $171,000 to $367,500
