What You'll Do
Seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager to join our Strategic Account Management team. This role focuses on managing intensive accounts within the rapidly evolving memory and AI/datacenter markets.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

- The position requires an in-depth understanding of the memory market, including High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and graphics memory, along with a strong grasp of the AI/datacenter landscape.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a significant account within this space, requiring a hands-on approach to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business success.
What You Bring
- BS degree and 15 years sales experience in semiconductor industry or related technical field.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and expand a key account within the memory and AI/datacenter markets. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Anticipate the client's needs, proactively address challenges, and ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the memory market, including HBM and graphics memory, to make informed strategic decisions and provide the client with the most relevant information.
- AI/Datacenter Market Insight: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the AI/datacenter market, using this knowledge to enhance customer engagement and support the overall sales strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to align on account strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze internal data and client feedback to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Korean speaking preferred.
