Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking four Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our APC Collaborative Teaching Pod within our Internal Medicine Department in Southborough, Massachusetts. Qualified candidates will be a new graduate or have one year experience or less, working in primary care.

The APC Collaborative Teaching Pod is a unique and innovative opportunity for learning Value Based Primary Care. Four providers will work collaboratively to co-manage a panel of patients, supported by their supervising physician and a preceptor during each session. Monthly didactic sessions and opportunities to learn from their colleagues in medical specialties will be provided. The position will last for one year with potential for job placement within the organization after successful completion of the program.

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active DEA License
