Position Title: Team Lead, Business Development - Brand Partnerships

About the role:
LTK seeks a dynamic and strategic Team Lead, Business Development to spearhead our efforts to expand our market presence by building a successful, repeatable lead generation process. This role requires a leader who can inspire a team, develop a top funnel strategy, and execute in a fast-paced environment. The team lead reports to the Senior Director of Sales.
How you will make an impact:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure growth and development.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve targets. Identify new market opportunities with potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics and OKRs. Use data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
What you will bring to LTK:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the B2B SaaS sector is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team. Strong ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft persuasive messages and present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other business development tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
