The Global Loyalty & Benefits team is seeking a Director of Digital Product Operations to lead the Global Loyalty & Benefits Program Management team.
As the Director of Digital Product Operations team, you and your team will work closely with Product and Engineering teams across the Global Loyalty & Benefits portfolio to deliver end-to-end program management activities in alignment with business objectives, strategic vision, and roadmap while meeting our financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Steers execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs.
- Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery.
- Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement to the program strategy for Compliance Issue Management.
- Act as a key point of contact for Global Loyalty and Benefits in various Risk and Compliance forums.
- Facilitate regular meetings with the GLB leadership team to review all issues with at-risk milestones.
- Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps.
- Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery.
- Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps.
- Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams.
- Partners with GLB’s Portfolio Management team to discuss prioritization and pressure tests plans for feasibility, capacity, and risks.
- Drives coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
- Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management.
- Follows and instills documentation best practices to ensure designs meet requirements.
- Drives technical and regulatory consistency across workstreams; develops documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of technical and regulatory solutions.
Communications
- Create and deliver executive-level and stakeholder communications, elevating the product teams unified messages to drive decisions and accelerate decision making.
- Oversees the process and materials to share out roadmaps on a regular cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment and awareness.
- Provides inputs to governance forums.
Process Improvements
- Collaborates with senior leaders (both internal and external to Global Loyalty & Benefits) to recommend and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reviews and presents materials to senior leaders on recommendations to solve overly complex portfolio challenges, leveraging relationships and subject matter expertise for the Loyalty & Benefits portfolios.
People & Culture
- Influence others, often without direct authority, persuading with compelling data, facts, and conclusions.
- Lead diverse, inclusive, and geographically dispersed teams, inspiring employee engagement, retention, progression, and performance management.
- Collaborates with senior leaders to develop educational strategies across stakeholder groups to provide effective knowledge sharing and ensures alignment of learning to annual and long-term organizational goals and priorities.
- Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities.
- Foster collaboration and transparency between product, engineering, lines of business, and enterprise teams.
- Establishes the strategic approach for the management and monitoring of a portfolio based on broad functional goals.
- Defines and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows.
- Mentors, guides, and supports Technical Project Managers and other team members as appropriate.
Required Skills:

- Preferred bachelor's degree; Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus.
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits.
