THE ROLE:
The HR Business Partner Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a track record of enabling business results through people. This role will partner closely with senior executives and requires experience in end-to-end ownership of strategic HR and people-related initiatives. The successful candidate will coach, advise, and facilitate conversations with executives on human capital strategies, provide business insights through org and talent analytics, and develop and drive people program initiatives across the broader function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute key human capital strategies such as leadership development, workforce planning, coaching, and rewards and recognition in collaboration with COEs.
- Partner with senior executives on their organizational needs to provide impactful solutions leveraging your HR experience.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance within the organization.
- Assist leaders and the organization in moving to new ways of thinking and/or operating.
- Drive communication and organizational change plans that ensure appropriate pre-wiring and alignment with key partners and are thoughtfully executed to mitigate risk and drive positive employee engagement.
- Drive a pay-for-performance culture including salary planning, promotions, resource planning, and talent calibration.
- Facilitate strategic off-sites to drive the people strategies that enable positive business impact.
- Partner and team with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, improve, align, and drive the efficiency of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Progressive multifaceted HR experience with recent HR Business Partner experience.
- Supported Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to research, assess, validate, and interpret data in a way that naturally creates an accurate narrative and provides actionable guidance to the business.
- Analyzed and interpreted engagement survey results, identified trends, and collaborated with leaders to create and implement action plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing change management initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and minimize resistance.
- Have worked in a sophisticated, global, matrixed organization, engaging and leading expectations with HR and other partners.
- Effectively managed multiple concurrent projects and work streams, each with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and ambitious standards for precision in deliverables and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
LOCATION:
- San Jose, CA (3 days on-site per week required).
- Local candidates preferred. No relocation assistance is provided.
