POSITION SUMMARY:
The Real Estate Management Associate will be responsible for reporting and analysis functions related to an assigned group of division(s) and/or office(s) which includes the Real Estate Management offices. This is an entry level HYBRID position!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred

- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) applications and ability to learn various software applications required to perform job functions. Experience in Workday preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with management and prioritize diverse projects for multiple disciplines.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures
- Provide support with accounting and finance-related activities across multiple offices and/or entities, including but not limited to:
- Real Estate (REM):
- Lease portfolio management
- Schedule calls, maintain calendars and master tracking spreadsheet
- Gathering data for weekly operational report
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI’s) as set forth by Manager and Division Director
- Work with the Senior Living Team (SRL) to support basic transactional and administrative tasks related to ALF offices
- Manage portfolio and database including consistent tracking and reporting of key dates (lease expiration, renewal, termination), savings and weekly operational/status updates.
- Upload documents to lease portfolio database and keep it up to date.
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests from service offices.
- Support Real Estate Management Office customer service related activities
- Perform related duties or tasks as required or requested by supervisor
