What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments
- Identify new business opportunities in emerging sub-segments and applications
- Execute and communicate a compelling strategic value proposition through sales agents, distributors, specifiers, and end-users
- Forecasting, reporting, and delivering sales activities in alignment with company goals
- P&L and budget expertise, and experience at analyzing and achieving financial goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role
- Must have experience with Panduit's industry, channels, partners, and distributors
- Strong organizational leadership skills to inspire and motivate sales teams
- An MBA is preferred for this position; a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience is required
- Ability to travel 50-75% to Panduit and Customer sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus
