Senior Director Global IT - Integrated & Automated Supply Chain Replenishment
The Coca-Cola Company is undergoing a digital transformation to revolutionize supply chain replenishment processes and enhance supplier collaboration. They are seeking an experienced Sr. Director Global IT - Integrated & Automated Supply Chain Replenishment to lead these efforts, especially within the Concentrate Commercial Product Supply (CPS) business and North America Business Unit and influence broader organizational units and partners.
As Sr. Director, you will manage demand, supply, and material planning programs, delivering solutions to support business operations and meet strategic objectives. You will lead architecture and operations within the technical and supply chain sectors, develop and synchronize technology roadmaps, and manage a global team of approximately 10 KO associates and additional contingency workers.
The candidate must be skilled in various integration technologies to ensure seamless data and process flows. Expertise is required in SAP Ariba, including Ariba Network functionalities, SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA integration, and the SAP Cloud Integration Gateway. Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards, transaction sets, EDI mapping, middleware tools, and SAP modules like Materials Management is also critical.
In addition, knowledge of broader SAP integration technologies such as SAP NetWeaver PI/PO, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), IDocs, Web Services, and APIs is important. Understanding cloud integration via SAP Integration Suite and handling hybrid scenarios is essential, along with integrating SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with SAP ERP, expertise in P2P automation tools, third-party procurement tools, and data security compliance. Effective change management strategies and continuous process optimization are crucial.
Leadership in constructing, validating, and deploying the S/4 HANA solution for master data is essential to ensure a resilient supply chain process flow. You will manage various threads of supply planning, inventory planning, collaboration, automation and orchestration, and SAP ARIBA Procurement functions, driving initiatives for digital evolution.
Based in Atlanta, this role requires a comprehensive background in the mentioned functional areas and a proven record in managing large-scale transformation projects. Your ability to mobilize teams, articulate complex strategies, and deliver scalable results is crucial. The position provides an opportunity to lead at the forefront of technological advancement in the industry.
You will work with international units, Concentrate Supply Chains, and Strategic Sourcing Organizations, emphasizing contract management and vendor collaboration using SAP Ariba. Responsibilities include collaboration with project partners in the design, testing, training, and implementation of supply chain solutions, enabling Autonomous Planning features, and optimizing end-to-end business processes by collaborating with software vendors.
What You'll Do for Us- Act as the product owner by formulating global designs and deployment plans that incorporate local and regional needs while maintaining global standardization.
- As a functional and technical expert, convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Design, build, and test future solutions, coordinating with developers to ensure solution quality and adherence to requirements.
- Drive continuous enhancements in the SAP Procurement space by creating functional specification documents, documenting all technical solutions, enhance SAP MM, Ariba and Automation solutions if needed, testing and supervising the entire cycle of new enhancement moving to production environment. Support SAP upgrades.
- Ensure business continuity by providing SAP or application support to users for problem-solving, offering functional or technical solutions, training guidance, or coordinating with production support for defect resolution.
- Work closely with Super-Users, logistics digital team, and production support to coordinate information exchange and knowledge transfer, particularly around system/business changes and enhancements. Improve user capabilities by delivering SAP process training in your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders by providing inputs that allow a better road map construction and project prioritization while using resources in the most effective and efficient way.
- Oversee project management duties: Lead project initiatives from the business requirement gathering to solution implementation, adhering to budget, quality, and timeline constraints. Manage daily project logistics, including project phases, documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and status reports.
- Stay informed of market innovations, benchmarking, and new SAP functionality deliveries.
Functional Skills and Knowledge:- Supply Chain: Crucial experience in Supply Planning, Procurement, Procurement Master Data, Inventory Planning, and Vendor Collaboration, Autonomous Procurement.
- SAP Expertise: Mandatory experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and SAP Ariba. Preferred experience with large digital transformation projects in the End-to-End Procurement. Designing, building, and maintaining cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure. Creating solutions with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Logic Apps.
- SAP Integrations: Experience with communications between Vendors and Businesses with EDI, Ariba SSC, and B2B solutions.
- Technical Competencies: General understanding of programming technologies and analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and equivalent BI software suite. SAP S/4 MM, SAP ARIBA knowledge for procurement and collaboration solutions.
- Business and Industry Understanding: Useful understanding of Coca-Cola CPS and NAOU processes or experience in large beverage/consumer products companies.
- Communication and Leadership: Robust communication skills. Ability to lead complex and cross-functional initiatives.
- Program and Project Management: Oversight and synergizing multiple initiatives efficiently. Program management involves meeting critical objectives and long-term goals.
- Solution Development: Proficiency in solution configuration to support new business processes. Application of TCCC development methodologies throughout the full development lifecycle. Translation of functional business requirements into application systems or processes.
- Business Partner Knowledge and Engagement: Comprehending business partner contexts, industry trends, and competitive pressures. Engaging with senior business management and translating technical information into business language.

Education:- University/bachelor's degree
- Minimum: 5-7 years' experience in IT planning solutions and program management
- Preferred: 8 - 10 years' experience in IT services, operations and handling projects.
- Multiple End to End Implementations of ERP solutions with focus on Procurement Processes.
