This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within the Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant's EI & DPO practice is a world-leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services.
Job Description:

You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor with strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- 12+ years of experience and hands-on in IBM IID/BAW/WAS/Springboot, providing L3 support to the existing IBM landscape.
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor other developers along with performing actual support work/problem fixes.
- Capability to contribute independently and work closely with different project teams.
- Good understanding and exposure to support engagement.
- Ability to provide on-call support during P1/P2 issues and coordinate with the offshore team.
- Provide thought leadership, technical guidance, and lead the development of enterprise software integration solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain shared engineering platforms, products, and solutions to reduce incidents.
- Implement technology solutions focusing on reuse and leveraging Chubb & Industry standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure the compliance of software deliveries to security audit policies.
- Optimize and fine-tune design and code for scalability and performance.
- Actively contribute & collaborate with teams following Agile development methodology.
- Drive continuous improvements to all aspects of the development process within the team and across the organization.
- Guide, train, mentor, and provide oversight to other software engineers.
- Quickly grasp knowledge on applications developed using the IBM Technology Stack - IBM IID (BAW) and IBM WAS.
- Exhibit strong technical, problem analyzing, and solving skills.
- Act as a single point of contact at onshore to work with client business and IT stakeholders.
- Demonstrate good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with strong personal credibility.
- Knowledge of Camel/Springboot is preferable.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 to $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
