About the Role
This is a senior role for a Cyber Security Practice Sales Lead focusing on North America and Europe, particularly on key accounts in the Hi-Tech vertical. This position drives booking and revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role will lead the cybersecurity practice for the entire vertical, collaborating with vertical leads, the CTO, and Service Line teams to ideate and sell new solutions alongside existing business. This individual sales position will maximize the new phase of growth in Cyber Security, supporting solution development and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will be both a sales leader and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cybersecurity, focusing exclusively on Cyber Security Practice Sales to drive the company's growth strategy in this critical domain.
What You Will Do
As Senior Sales Director and Cyber Security Practice Lead, you will drive business growth and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers. Your primary focus will be on Cyber Security solutions within the North American and European markets, particularly in the Hi-Tech vertical. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
Evaluate DTS's current market position, identifying investment areas and refining strategies.
Develop and implement best practices and sales processes to build a high-performing team.
Collaborate with senior leadership to facilitate brand-oriented digital transformation. - Sales and Business Development:
Achieve assigned bookings and revenue quotas.
Expand existing relationships and penetrate new divisions with innovative Cyber Security offerings.
Build a robust, quantifiable pipeline and close deals efficiently.
Shape, sell, and deliver consulting, product engineering, and IT services transformation programs. - Client Relationship Management:
Own and nurture customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
Bridge internal stakeholders and clients for efficient solution delivery and demand fulfillment. - Market Expertise:
Leverage industry knowledge, including competitive landscape and vendor relationships.
Support sales efforts across geographies, with a primary focus on North America. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with vertical leads, CTO, and Service Line teams to ideate and sell new solutions.
Work with support functions to drive efficiency and productivity in accounts.
Your Team
This role will report into the Communications Vertical Head.
What You Need
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 22-25+ years of experience in Cyber Security services sales, predominantly selling to large enterprise clients in software and related industries.
- Proven track record in Cyber Security sales leadership, with a history of meeting and exceeding annual targets.
- Deep understanding of the Cyber Security landscape, including:
- In-depth knowledge of rapidly evolving technologies like Zero Trust and Ransomware recovery.
- Strong understanding of the NIST framework.
- Familiarity with key industry vendors and emerging trends.
- Experience working in a global/offshore outsourcing business model, leading regional sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level/Senior Executive contacts in target accounts.
- Expertise in creating large, proactive deals, including strategy development, planning, and roadmap creation.
- Proven success in consulting, advising, and solution selling, with experience leading RFP/RFI initiatives.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with Cyber Security product vendors.
- Track record of co-developing new solutions and go-to-market strategies with partners to create new opportunities.

What is Nice to Have
- Prior experience in boot strapping a Cyber Security sales organization.
- Certifications in Cyber Security domain.
Travel
- Be willing to travel 50%+, domestic travel.
Pay Transparency
USD 193,500 - USD 283,800
Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
