EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Alliance at Maples, Wrentham, MA
Alliance Health at Maples is a non-profit skilled nursing facility located in Wrentham, MA. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our management team as an Executive Director for the Alliance Health at Maples facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishing standards for practice management and patient satisfaction/experience and maintaining the organization’s standards.
- Work with DON and ADON to ensure proper staffing, training, and scheduling of the clinical staff.
- Managing the healthcare organization’s budget.
- Develop, organize and implement the facility’s programs and activities.
- Ensuring that the facility staff comply with the federal rules, regulations, and codes.
- Experience working with and supporting Day Care Unit and managing Teacher and Assistant Teacher for in-house program.
- Experience with cultivating strong ACO relationships.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
Experience
Must have at least 3 years successful management of a mid-to-large size skilled nursing facility with a high volume subacute program.
License/Certification
MA Nursing Home Administrator’s License Required
