Qualifications:
- Active real estate license, preferably in the state where the company operates.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficient understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with agents, clients, and team members.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and drive sales strategies and goals.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience with real estate software and CRM tools.

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
