Qualifications:

Active real estate license, preferably in the state where the company operates.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales.
Proficient understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with agents, clients, and team members.
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and drive sales strategies and goals.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Experience with real estate software and CRM tools.

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
