OverviewResponsible for the administrative oversight of all non-clinical functions that support the clinical management and supervision of Personal Care services. Provides daily direction and guidance to the scheduling and support units, ensuring optimal staffing levels of RNs while overseeing compliance, qualifications, training, placement, and performance. Manages staff effectively, delegates tasks, and coordinates workflows related to scheduling field visits and facilitating communication among patients, field staff, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve departmental and agency goals.
Compensation:$77,200.00 - $96,500.00 Annual

What You Will Do:
- Ensure compliance with administrative performance standards and accreditation regulations for Personal Care clinical teams.
- Maintain and support departmental policies and procedures.
- Oversee the Clinical Support team, managing staffing levels, compliance, training, and performance.
- Provide leadership and serve as a resource for staff.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of scheduling and support teams, ensuring timely verification of visits via the RN Productivity dashboard.
- Collaborate with clinical management to develop and implement action plans for departmental standards.
- Participate in on-call coverage as needed.
- Manage hiring, discipline, and termination of direct reports in partnership with the Clinical Director.
- Act as a liaison with other departments to manage tasks and business relationships within VNS Health.
- Support the Clinical Director in expanding business volume and implementing new accounts in alignment with budget and resources.
- Engage in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Oversee clinical documentation processes, including MD order processing and timely RN documentation submission.
- Maintain scheduling and compliance resources, ensuring all documentation requests are managed effectively.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree required
Work Experience:Minimum of five years experience in the home care industry, three of which should be in a managerial position
Strong analytical and customer service skills
