Purpose & Scope:
This role supports IR Centers' mission and values, with a focus on financial leadership and strategy. As Director of Finance, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, accounting, payroll, and compliance across our growing network. Your insights and expertise will directly influence our business operations and drive sustainable financial success in partnership with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
● Lead Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to align with IR Centers' business objectives and growth plans.
● Financial Analysis & Budgeting: Provide in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including budget development, evaluation, and optimization. Conduct monthly budget-to-actual analyses, delivering reports to the leadership team.
● Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department leads, partners, and financial leads at partnering practices.
● Inventory & Equipment Management: Collaborate with partner practices to manage inventory valuations, equipment depreciation, and capital equipment allocation by state. Secure the best pricing on bulk equipment purchases through vendor negotiations.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations while developing policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
● Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance data to inform business strategies, identify efficiencies, and drive operational improvements.
● Financial Reporting: Oversee the accuracy of financial statements, records, and reporting. Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports, and work with tax accountants on quarterly and annual tax filings.
● Financial Modeling: Utilize financial modeling and performance tracking to drive accountability and transparency within the organization.
● Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership on investments, capital structure, new business opportunities, and support business development with financial insights and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
● Executive Engagement: Engage with executive leadership to create strategic plans that align financial operations with the company’s mission and vision.
● Team Development: Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
● Proven experience as a finance leader, preferably in a high-growth, multi-location, or healthcare setting.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
● Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and a growth mindset.
● Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
● Proficient in utilizing technology and data analytics to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis.
● Experience in developing financial policies and procedures.
● Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
● Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple priorities.
Work Environment & Conditions:
● This position operates in an office setting, with the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week.
● Occasional travel to conferences, retreats, and other IR Center locations may be required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,910.00 per year
