Duties
Coordinate and keep track of numerous ongoing activities under large, multilateral projects, including coordination with various counterparts.
Engage in a client-facing role, regularly representing Cadmus with staff from USAID, subcontractors, project partners, consultants, and others.
Contribute to the writing and editing of project deliverables, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and technical studies.
Draft project technical and travel approvals and activity budgets.
Track and manage subcontractor technical work and billing, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Track project consultants’ technical work, billing, and travel, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Support project workshops and event planning as applicable, including workshops held in developing countries.
Maintain and update multi-million-dollar project budgets, including projecting and tracking monthly project invoices.
Support business development and new business efforts, including the coordination and writing of proposals as applicable.
Guide entry-level staff with project logistics and consultant onboarding activities and expense reports, potentially serving in mentorship roles.
Manage start-up and close-down of field offices as needed to ensure successful starts to activities.
Coordinate across Cadmus leverage teams to support successful project implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, international development/affairs, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in a role relevant to international development, or a master’s degree or equivalent in economics, public affairs/administration, business administration, or related field and 3-5 years of experience in a role relevant to international development.
Strong analytical and computer skills, including spreadsheet and financial tracking. Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills (you will interact with employees, consultants, partners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors).
Strong writing skills. Experience with USAID-funded and/or other donor-funded projects.
Preferred skills & qualifications: Strong language skills in Spanish, French, or Arabic (other languages widely spoken in the developing world may be considered in place of these languages). Experience in relevant economic growth, private sector development, or digital transformation related issues. Relevant overseas work or internship experience in a developing country context.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $70,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
