We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel General Manager. This will be a full service, Hilton hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel operations.
- Approve hotel department budgets and facilitate the preparation of budgets and forecasts for corporate submission and approvals.
- Review forecasts and direct hotel actions required to maximize profitability.
- Increase service levels and ensure compliance with Corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee Sales and Marketing activities and results.
- Lead and/or participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings.
- Participate in efforts to secure business as needed.
- Lead executive committee/department heads to ensure overall profit, service, and team member satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
- Respond to guest regarding service challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 plus years of GM experience.
- Proven success leading a full service hotel property.
- Proven ability to lead sales efforts and motivate staff.
- Effective delegator and proven ability to drive a service-oriented culture.
- Excellent leadership skills.
