Fabletics is looking for a Sr. Director, Product Development & Sourcing – Women’s.
How do you fit in?
The Sr. Director, Product Development & Sourcing will lead the team that develops and produces all women’s product for the Fabletics business. This role will collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to execute many projects across multiple sourcing calendars.
Responsibilities will include building a sourcing strategy, leading costing efforts, advising cross functional partners on garment construction options and the tradeoffs to cost and quality, confirming orders, troubleshooting production issues, and driving on-time delivery. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned strategic sourcing professional that is detail-oriented, hardworking, adaptable to change, and able to prioritize competing projects. They should be able to work well within a highly cross-functional environment with shared responsibilities. Travel up to 4 times per year is required for this role.
The Sr. Director, Product Development & Sourcing – Women’s will report to the SVP, Product Development & Sourcing.
What you will do:
- Develop a sourcing strategy to meet the immediate and long-term needs of a high growth business
- Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure product development deadlines are met
- Be the product and quality champion by coaching your team on the links between fabric selection, garment construction, cost, quality, performance and lead times
- Ensure all products meet cost, quality and delivery goals
- Assess vendors for their ability to deliver products that meet the brand goals
- Help design the overall product development calendar
- Ensure all samples arrive for scheduled milestone meetings
What you can bring:
- 10+ years of product development and production experience
- Strong understanding of garment construction for women’s athletic apparel
- Must possess strong problem-solving, planning, and cost analysis skills
- Be an optimistic self-starter, entrepreneurial, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- People management experience, with a coaching mindset
- Ability to build trust and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The annual base salary range for this position is from $163,900-$187,200. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
