Position Title: Organizational Effectiveness Director
Job Description:
The Organizational Effectiveness Director will be responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop and engage associates and managers.
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
How you will make an impact:
- Leads organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization.
- Leads the design and implementation of individual/team based assessment tools.
- Creates organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure.
- Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
- Manages vendor interaction including issue resolution and developing/reviewing statements of work.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 8-10 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness training and development, process improvement and/or project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Salary Range: For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $131,120 to $214,560.
