Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
- Manages a directorate within a division.
- Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area.
- The program manager assists with one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office, and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
- Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.
- Acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
- Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required.
- Responsible for all phases of the program budget.
- Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
- Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
- Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete tasks.
- Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
- Assist the PM in providing day-to-day program direction, ensuring quality standards, program tracking, and technical and analytic guidance to program team.
- Support all facets of program management including estimating and planning tasks, creating and managing schedules, drafting presentation slides and implementing sound financial management across the program.
- Ensure Program CDRLs are accurate and submitted on time in accordance with the contract suspense schedule.
- Assist with the hiring, management and on/off boarding of personnel as required.
- Orchestrate and manage subcontractor support to the program.
- Provide status updates to the Government leadership as required to support program situational awareness.
- Ad-hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Requires 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.
- Requires an active TS/SCI.
- Requires IAT III or IAM III certification.
- Familiar with Agile development and continuous integration/continuous delivery.
- Experience effectively directing and managing contract functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
