Our team is focused on implementing data related projects, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Freddie Mac’s data governance and intelligence solution, and partner with other business area teams to rollout Collibra and improve their “data experience”.
Your Impact:
Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:
Operations and Technology
- Configure, implement, and provide on-going maintenance support for Collibra, define use cases and business requirements, develop/configure workflows and dashboards, and load metadata.
- Help integrate other systems with Collibra e.g. data quality, metadata (splunk, key chain), service management (ServiceNow).
- Coordinate with management on issue identification, escalation, and remediation.
- Support BIA monthly metrics reporting.
- Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly key partner meeting materials and reporting.
Strategy, Development and Implementation:
- Support Single-Family data and app modernization efforts for optimal design of Collibra and content.
- Discover ways to increase adoption of Collibra within the organization, explore data needs, and support development of multi-year data governance & management tools roadmap.
- Partner with vendor to find opportunities and help adopt enhancements across Freddie Mac.
- Leverage investment in existing technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of related experience in data, analytics, and/or metadata related projects in Financial Services industry – along with complimentary experience in collaborating with team members and working in a diverse workplace.
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations, configuring Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software products, and programming experience in Java, Java Script, and/or Groovy language(s).
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and optimally collaborate with partners to influence outcomes.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
