We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Director / Manager with a strong focus on Network & Cyber Security to lead our healthcare technology initiatives, specifically in the field of anesthesia practice management. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare IT, with expertise in managing desktop support services to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance desktop support, network & cyber security, with effective resolution of IT issues.
- Lead IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage IT projects, with a particular focus on network infrastructure upgrades.
- Align IT initiatives to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators
- Ensure the security and integrity of healthcare data, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with anesthesia-specific IT solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in information technology or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, CISSP, CISM).
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
