As a Digital Onboarding Customer Service Senior Analyst, you will represent CuraScript SD as we onboard customers to CuraScript SD’s online ordering platforms. This role resides within Digital Services and will collaborate closely with external customers, outside vendors, and internal technology teams. This position is crucial to ensuring coordination of efforts, timely implementations, and that internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are exceeded.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard customers to CuraScript SD’s online ordering platform and CSOS Online
- Assist with troubleshooting
- Accept transfer calls/emails to assist customers
- Interact with cross-organizational partners to provide the best possible user experience
- Cross-train and support Commerce and CSOS Online team members
- Other duties as designated
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years customer service and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, and SAP
- Proven analytical and technical abilities with an innovative results-oriented mindset
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with associates at all levels, including leadership, as well as other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions
