Director, OEM Networking Platform Segment Sales

We are now looking for a business leader for our Server OEM/ODM Networking Platform business. This is a leadership position where you will drive strategic direction and investments for NVIDIA over multiple years. Success in this role will be contingent upon your ability to forge strong relationships and build trust with executives and individual contributors across multiple organizations within NVIDIA. You will lead the definition of the go-to-market strategy for our datacenter networking business selling through our OEMs/ODMs partners to end-users. You will be accountable for our different teams' execution against this strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Design in our datacenter networking products with our OEMs/ODMs partners' AI Factories solutions ('sell-in').
- Collaborate with our partners' lead sellers to win lighthouse accounts with NVIDIA AI Factories configured with our networking products ('sell-out').
- Craft strategies to scale our OEMs/ODMs datacenter networking business.
- Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term effective relationships and strategic relevance with select high-revenue/growth end-users.
- Deliver end-users and partners requirements to NVIDIA Product and Engineering teams defining new Reference Architectures (RAs) for AI Factories.
- Create and develop sales operations process management, including opportunity management and forecasting.
- Regular review of sales opportunities and account business plans and lead the monthly revenue forecast.
What we need to see:
- University degree (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ overall year of proven experience driving sales enablement of similar types of solutions, including 10+ years of complex team management.
- Detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Can present complex marketing and technical content to customers.
- Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, server OEMs business models.
- Experience with leading and closing complex deal negotiations.
- Lead & motivate a virtual team of sales managers (and help recruit the best talent).
- Prefer a candidate located in the SF Bay Area, but location can be flexible elsewhere in the U.S.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Sales and/or business development leadership experience with a leading networking equipment or semiconductor supplier.
- Track record of launching and growing product sales through partners sales teams.
- Foundation knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, RDMA over Ethernet, generative AI, LLMs, GPU accelerated computing.
- Successful collaborating with disparate teams across geographies.
- Demonstrated track record in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.

The cash compensation range is 272,000 USD - 419,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
