Join us as a VP of Fixed Income Securities Middle Office. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Vice President to lead our Trade Management and Client Relations Middle Office team in Whippany, NJ. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing trade discrepancies, coordinating with our Fixed Income Front office staff, and driving timely settlement. With a strategic mindset, the VP will lead a team of 10 FTEs, oversee intraday Controls, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires strong time management, client relationship expertise, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel to our New York office is required to collaborate with business stakeholders and engage with team members.

Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
