As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager and ensuring team operations, project management, and general support are provided across the Marketing Team. You’ll work closely with Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams, supporting their Directors and Sr. Managers with team operations and P1 project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the MOPS Sr. Manager in wide scope project management
- Own note-taking and action planning feedback for meetings
- Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations
- Gather facts and understand Ways of Working (WoW) across the organization
- Gather learnings from pilots and iterate on processes in an agile model
- Partner closely with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline ways of working
- Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure teams are using the new project management tool to its full potential
- Manageprojects for 3 marketing teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization
- Experience with change management
- Proficiency in building PowerPoint decks
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized in thought and execution
- Ability to set and communicate clear expectations
- Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations
- Experience with Workfront tool (required)
- Clear and concise communication abilities
Ideal Candidate
- Loves process and thinking through ways of working in an agile model
- Has experience with complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence – ability to read the room/zoom
- Experience in project managing campaigns, understanding milestones while seeing the bigger picture of how timelines and processes intersect
- Email marketing and brand marketing project management experience is a plus
- Hybrid role: 2-3 days per week in office, based on the schedules of working teams
- Potential for work in Hoboken office
Team Structure
The role reports to a leader overseeing 3 core areas: project management, ways of working, and special projects.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
