Role Description
Design is the most challenging and interesting part of our business — this is a B2B product w/ B2C clarity and beauty in the design.
As our first design hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to:
Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI, LLMs, and more (see examples below)
Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growth
Contribute to product decisions, direction and prioritization
Shape our company culture

First of a kind human-in-the-loop UI design elements to guide LLMs
AI-driven, auto-filled, hypothesis tracker for investment research
Best in class market research and web scraping tool
Realtime collaboration tools
About You
We're looking for a product-minded designer who:
Has exceptional sense of taste and judgment
Is based in NYC — huge bias for IRL work
Can code
Has experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently
Is opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions
Has strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role — as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partners

Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000 base.
