This position is responsible for managing real estate initiatives, working closely with internal business managers and real estate partners to support growth and cost initiatives through strategic alignment of both contract and company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with the Real Estate Dept team, drive initiatives and best in class processes throughout department.
- Partner with contract leadership and other managers on strategic development.
- Develop, present, and sell bid strategies with contract management and leadership.
- Participate in on-going evaluation of company real estate portfolio for strategic realignments, co-location opportunities, and cost savings initiatives.
- Manage the full process of a complex portfolio of lease negotiations from LOIs to final lease documents.
- Establish, grow, and manage relationships and partnerships with outside real estate attorneys, landlords, and vendors.
- Deliver cost effective solutions to business problems in a corporate setting.
- Proactively ensure assigned projects are driven to completion with expediency and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in related discipline (business, real estate, architecture). MCR certification a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate portfolio management, transaction management, real estate financial analysis, and start-up management.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrated expert in Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarity with CoStar lease administration platform.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to fast-track projects.
- Strong working knowledge of all facets of corporate real estate management, including architectural planning and construction processes.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, critical thinking, and attention to detail in providing outstanding customer service to business unit leadership.
- Actively lead and participate in project delivery, and champion development of robust client relationships.
- Ability to assess client requirements and deliver tailored real estate analyses, options, and solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.

Pay Transparency:
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position: $160,000.00
