About the Role:
As a Senior Visual Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of advertising on our client’s platform. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and privacy-first advertising experiences that align with their values of openness and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile-First Design: Lead the design process for mobile-first products and experiences, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Product Innovation: Design and prototype new advertising formats and concepts that push the boundaries of what’s possible while maintaining user privacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to build impactful solutions that resonate with a global audience.
- User-Centric Design: Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that prioritize user needs and preferences.
- Accessibility and Privacy: Advocate for inclusive design practices and ensure that all advertising experiences adhere to strict privacy standards.
- Design Process: Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to final execution, adhering to best practices and design guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a focus on digital advertising or related fields.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to solve complex design challenges.
- Proven experience designing for mobile platforms with a strong emphasis on accessibility and privacy-first design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
- Passion and a commitment to building ethical and privacy-respecting digital products.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $70 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
