Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a LCM Analyst within an infrastructure team in a large enterprise supporting multi-million $ budgets. Best practices, forecasting and processes around Lifecycle management.
- Strong in MS suite (Excel and PPT).
- Ability to develop technical roadmaps. Showing how you can take data, analyze it and forecast how it will lead over time.
- Agile & Power BI is a plus.
Personality Traits:
- Team mentality, thinks ahead and promotes best practices.
- Great organizational skills and time management skills.
- Good communication and comfortable speaking in groups. Will be leading meetings on data they have put together.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Evaluating software and hardware across the brands to gather data in order to determine what products have reached the "end of life".
- Will be working with stakeholders to gather information on Infrastructure assets.
- Responsible for tracking model number, vendor info, contract dates and any other data points that will be documented/updated into one data file.
- Would be helpful to be familiar with a variety of hardware and software products including Data Center/Hosting technologies, End User technologies and Networking/firewalls.
- Utilize ServiceNow and BigFix for Lifecycle Management so would be a plus.
