Spry Methods, Inc. is actively searching for a motivated Senior Data Analyst to join their Washington, DC team. This role is essential for delivering excellent customer service and technical support, focusing on mobile telecommunications services and data analysis to facilitate seamless operations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service support to clients regarding mobile device issues.
- Utilize government-designated ticketing applications to manage service desk IT tickets.
- Handle tasks related to new device orders, MTN changes, password resets, and global roaming plans.
- Reconcile inventory, order matters, and maintain documentation.
- Merge vendor and government data for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Create professional customized reports periodically.
- Design and maintain data systems for ad hoc data tracking.
- Analyze data to track usage, billing, and personnel information.
- Streamline data merging techniques and analysis toolsets.
- Manage cost analysis, reduce waste, and coordinate recommendations.
- Validate vendor charges and resolve invoice errors.
- Ensure data integrity in processing orders and reconciling invoices.
- Coordinate problem ticket resolution and assist with Agile release planning projects.
This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of advanced technical data analysis experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Oracle 11g or other enterprise database systems
- Top Secret Clearance
