Senior Director, Technology - Program Delivery - Associate Experience Tech
Our Program Delivery Office team within Associate Experience Technology is looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Technology. The Program Delivery Office team drives all intent for Associate Experiences highest priority initiatives as well as for critical techwide programs. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute on key strategic programs. This is a new organization within Associate Experience Technology which will give you an opportunity to collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results and lead important and exciting projects from day one.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Designing, developing, and managing plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
- Demonstrating strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business.
- Crystallizing and cascading down the right constraints or guardrails on which the team should be operating under.
- Developing and delivering senior level risk management governance, reporting and communications.
- Effective leadership within a matrixed organization is critical.
The person will:
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style.
- Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
- Have exceptional problem solving and influencing skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 Years of Project Management experience.
- At least 3 Years of People Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters / MBA Degree.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of People Management experience.
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
