The VP of Corporate Initiatives collaborates across functional areas to support and execute on certain initiatives to drive operational improvements across the company. Working with the Chief Strategy Officer and other functional departmental leadership, the position will manage and drive change. The position will provide operational support and change management. The duties and responsibilities will vary based on specific initiatives developed in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Such responsibilities will include system implementations and process refinements.
Responsibilities:- Operationalize and oversee defined organization improvements.
- Support and plan for the communication, implementation, and maintenance of deliverables to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the organization's leaders in other key operational areas to ensure success.
- Provide leadership and direction to leaders to ensure tasks, goals, and strategies are successfully achieved.
- Function as a liaison/consultant for operations/programs with regulators, executive level leaders, and corporate partners.
- Apply project management best practices, policies, processes, and methodologies, enhancing transparency in project activities and performance, bolstering RHA's operational efficiency.
- Provide organizational leadership the ability to align business imperatives with strategic objectives, ensuring alignment and synergy.
- Provide guidance and leadership in the planning, implementation, and transition of all programs and projects within RHA's portfolio.
- Responsible for planning and closely monitoring all project-related activities supporting RHA's strategic mission and annual priorities, while ensuring all project management processes are in alignment with and support the enterprise standards.
- Develop enterprise-wide portfolio, program, and project management tools, methodologies, policies, procedures, and training in collaboration with other key stakeholders.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in managing and leading large, complex projects or portfolios with scope and impact that cross the full organization.
- Ability to maintain and establish positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders across an organization.
- Thorough knowledge of major financial, business, and administrative process requirements in a complex organization.
- Significant experience in risk management and/or change management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other common software platforms (Therap, WorkDay, etc.).
Preferred Certifications:- PMP certification or a black belt in Lean Six Sigma.

- Drug testing.
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required).
