General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedules based on sales/volume trends, and local sporting and concert events to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Forecasting sales and labor based on sales/volume trends.
- Assign management AOR’s with result-based expectations.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations for team members.
- Handle team member discipline and terminations following restaurant policies.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction across all aspects of the dining experience.
- Address guest complaints diplomatically and courteously, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain COGS & Labor according to budgets and company expectations.
- Manage inventory and procure food and supplies efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed with Director of Operations.
- Maintain sales records and monitor cash receipts.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and requested documentation to the Director of Operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager at a High-Volume concept (preferably 5 million plus annually).
- Working knowledge of a P&L.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest service.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high standards.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines.
- Able to work a flexible schedule (opening, mid, & closing). Minimum 50-hour work week. “Do whatever it takes to get the job done” work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of the corporate training program is mandatory.

Pay: $56,985.00 - $72,158.00 per year
