As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, assessing, and continuously evolving the roadmap across key post purchase and self-service consumer experience. You’ll closely work with key stakeholders to drive the product vision that solves key consumer problems.

Product Sense:
- As a member of the Global eCommerce Product Management team, you will own product vision, OKRs and roadmap to achieve consumer centric eCom experience.
- Identify new opportunities in post purchase and self-serve areas, analyze business benefit, evaluate ROI, prioritize, and negotiate initiatives to develop a roadmap.
- Understand the inter-relation between consumer value and business outcome. Empathize with customers to identify pain points and work backwards.
- Use your data analytics skills to use qualitative (consumer and competitive research) and quantitative (transactional and behavior analytics) to propose data-driven decisions and roadmap prioritization.
- Lead ideation and product discovery by fostering a culture of design thinking and leading with the “Why”, ‘What’ and ‘How’ to constantly drive strategic alignment.
- Critically assess existing capabilities to understand build vs. buy, A/B test vs pilot approach to ship product experiences faster.
Execution:
- Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives to support LS&Co’s eCommerce growth and brand objectives.
- Lead prioritization of backlog and product discovery to ensure best in class customer journey. Proactively identify gaps in the current eCommerce product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including retail technology, CRM, digital, UX, legal business and International teams, to put forward consumer centric product ideas and evangelize product roadmap.
- Leverage technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality products.
- Be able to articulate user stories, groom, refine, prioritize and deliver the experience/product feature.
- Measure post-delivery performance and optimize products to enhance customer experience, increase top line revenue and reduce bottom line expenses.
- Analyze site metrics/customer journeys and develop hypotheses for optimization based on OKRs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and benchmarking.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role delivering consumer-facing digital/eCommerce experiences.
- Passionate about building foundational and game-changing products in the eCom & omnichannel space.
- Understanding of A/B testing design and experimentation.
- Analytical and creative thinker with great attention to detail. Hands-on experience in analyzing data is a plus.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive execution with a high level of focus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications, manage trade-offs and opportunistically evaluate new capabilities with internal and external partners.
- Previous experience in building Post-Purchase, Self-Service or Omnichannel products for European or North American consumers is a plus.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
