Senior Recruiter, B2B Sales
The Sage Group’s client, a Bay Area based online food ordering and delivery platform, is searching for a Senior Recruiter to support and scale GTM hiring for their B2B side of business within the United States. In this role, you will partner with Recruiting and Business Leadership to understand their B2B talent needs and find, engage and guide candidates through the hiring process.
We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding and knowledge of B2B Sales Recruitment to help build teams across our dynamic region, informing on GTM hiring strategies and best practices to ensure ongoing efficiency and impact along the way. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission, playing an integral role in supporting their GTM hiring velocity and caliber as the team continues to scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Support GTM hiring/strategy for B2B sales within the United States, with the bulk of positions based in NYC and Chicago.
- Manage full-cycle Recruitment for a variety of GTM headcount, including quota carrying Sales Account Executives and non-quota carrying Business Development Representatives, implementation Leads and Account Managers.
- Autonomously develop and implement innovative top of funnel strategies to build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain inclusive and objective hiring processes; ensure that candidates are assessed against appropriate competencies.
- Leverage deep understanding and knowledge of B2B Sales and/or commercial Recruiting to help support the expansion of their GTM teams; proactively solve complex issues and share best GTM hiring practices with Recruiting and Business Leadership.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Candidates to effectively manage hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate, Recruiter and Stakeholder experience; leverage and analyze data to effectively interpret hiring metrics, identify gaps, provide suggestions and implement process improvements to ultimately drive hiring velocity and caliber.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle Recruiting.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle GTM, B2B Sales and/or commercial Recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of B2B/Enterprise Sales positions and organizations. Proven success partnering with Sales Leadership/Hiring Managers and scaling revenue-generating teams.
Location: Fully remote is optional. However, if there is an opportunity for FTE conversion, it's only available for Hub location NYC, Chicago, SF, Washington DC.
Duration: 6 Months, opportunity to extend and/or convert.
Rate: $60/hr.
