We are looking for someone to join our team as a Director, Marketing Operations. Essential Functions
Responsibilities
- In concert with the VP of Marketing, develop an inbound marketing strategy; using personas and other tactics, set-up drip marketing campaign; track and report on the entire marketing funnel.
- Supervise Marketing Managers and Email Coordinator; manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and recommending training and career development to best fit the needs of the department.
- Working in collaboration with IT, own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.
- Take the lead in meeting with program departments to recommend their marketing budgets; ensure marketing costs and conversions are tracked correctly.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for measuring leads, opportunities and tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Meet quarterly with program departments to report on campaigns performances.
- Partner with outsourced paid media teams to develop campaign strategies and ensure campaign ROI is correctly reported.
- Continually work to develop and simplify systems and processes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experience and Bachelors degree in related area is required. Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
- 4+ years of management experience
- Proven experience with change management
Preferred Education and Experience
- Familiarity with ASAE’s tech stack (Hubspot, Teamwork, SmartSheet)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to work legally within the United States without sponsorship.
