THE TEAM
The mission of the Retail Operations Department is to identify sales driving and profit maximizing opportunities, while upholding the daily standards of operational excellence in our boutiques and support special initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is experiencing exponential growth, and our Retail Operations team is growing with it! This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for maximizing business results across our existing stores and upcoming innovative store concepts in exciting new markets. As the Director, Retail Operations overseeing the USA North West region, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profits, validating daily operations and supporting special initiatives in the stores within your regional portfolio.
THE ROLE
As the Director, Retail Operations, you will:
- Identify, solve, and/or escalate sales driving or profit maximizing opportunities, and protect the business in response to extenuating incidents.
- Be the front-end, single point of contact identifying and advocating for new infrastructure, and supporting new boutique openings and events on the ground.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement while upholding the daily standards of operational excellence in our boutiques.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Director, Retail Operations has:
- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retail or other relevant Business Management (MBA preferred).
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000–$175,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
