Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a senior-level attorney to join our Corporate and Securities team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role possesses 5+ years of experience handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. Experience in general corporate matters, securities related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures are a plus.
New Jersey experience and bar is required. Experience and bar in New York or other jurisdictions is a plus. Superior written and verbal skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments contemporaneously, are all requirements.
