What You'll Do
As a Senior Partner Manager, you will manage key business portfolios with some of our largest brand partnerships in the Personal Care, Home Care, or Beauty Care categories. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. In this role, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
- Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
- Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
- Travel as required to meet with the shopper marketing team and suppliers/agencies.
Who You Are
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
- 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience with the ability to generate new SaaS sales.
- Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
- A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A passion for driving business results for companies.

Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
- Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.

Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is:
- Hoboken, New Jersey: $108,000.00-$216,000.00
- San Bruno, California: $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
