Are you passionate about shaping the future of casino gaming? Everi is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead innovation and strategy in our dynamic gaming environment. In this role, you'll drive the development of cutting-edge gaming products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative gaming products from roadmap development to product launch. This position will reside in either Las Vegas, Reno, Chicago, or Austin. This is a hybrid role reporting to the office 2-3 days per week as needed by the business.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and drive the product roadmap and delivery process focusing on functional execution and positioning of product success in the market.
- Guide products throughout the development cycle; bridging technical and business requirements and driving delivery solutions and processes to meet customer and business needs.
- Lead product strategy and actively contribute to overall product vision, ensuring alignment with company business strategy and goals.
- Be the key business owner of the product and content portfolio strategic planning including, strategy for new product introductions, and end-of-life planning.
- Direct the prioritization of development resources by roadmap planning based on commercial needs.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
- 10+ years’ experience in a technical project management, program management, or product management role; casino operations, digital, or gaming industry preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience leading and managing people.
- Extensive experience with product management lifecycle process and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 20-30% based on the needs of the business.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 - $180,000 annually.
