The Director, Broker Digital Sales (Innovation Portfolio Strategy) utilizes ideas, identifies innovation opportunities, and translates ideas into actionable and profitable business. The Director, Innovation Portfolio Strategy requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. This role will report to the Senior VP, MarketPoint.
The Director, Broker Digital Sales (Innovation Portfolio Strategy) defines business innovation objectives while understanding existing market needs and business gaps. In this role, gather ideas to grow the business using various resources such as market information, consumer insight, personal networks and people that might not otherwise interact.
Typical responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Operationalize new/updated programs for large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes.
- Implement strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improve performance.
- Provide input into functions strategy.
The successful candidate will be an effective leader who will have a demonstrated ability and acumen to interact with and influence enterprise business leaders. This person must be comfortable working collaboratively across multiple functions within the organization.
The successful candidate will be an effective and dynamic leader who has experience managing large projects and key stakeholders. He/she also will possess keen change management skills and strength in these areas of competency:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Work with confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience with a focus on strategic planning.
- 6+ years of experience in operations/product owner development experience. (project management).
- 3+ years' experience in demonstrating ability to analyze, research, and implement solutions while continuously pursuing improvements.
- Ability to travel (based upon business need).
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends (based upon business need).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, or other Master's+ relevant degrees.
- 3-5+ years' experience post MBA.
- Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably provider or payer space.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $164,700 - $226,600 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
