What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a results-driven finance and operations manager to oversee and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the financial and operations manager will include managing accounting records, communicating with customers, following up on AR, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports (with the assistance of a bookkeeper)
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Managing credit card data and subscriptions
- Analyze financial data
- Monitoring internal controls
- Overseeing and preparing income statements
- Participating in budgeting processes
- Managing financial transactions
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations
- Developing plans for financial growth
- Evaluating and managing risk
- Coordinating audit processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven Experience in Financial Management
- Good communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Auditing experience
- Compliance oriented
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
