The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $81,900.00 – $116,550.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $67,470.00 - $96,015.00, Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial data modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Apply SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI technology to extract and analyze large datasets for reporting purposes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Demonstrate innovative adaptability and flexibility in addressing multifaceted business challenges.
- Prioritize and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills who can convey complex financial information to non-financial partners.
- Innovative demeanor who is able to identify and improvements in execution.
- Highly adaptable and flexible environment.
- Exceptional time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
