As a Director on the Product Management team, a typical day for you will include:
- Defining, delivering, and owning the product strategy, roadmap, and its results.
- Writing user stories, owning product and release backlog, continuously prioritizing backlog based on customer priorities and working closely with various scrum teams to ensure we deliver to our commitment.
- Working closely with UX Designers and other Product Managers to ideate, prototype new concepts and workflows for various form factors, get customer feedback and provide finalized designs to scrum teams.
- Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals along with running the business case and P&L modeling.
- Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product while successfully communicating and working with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments.

Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Web, Mobile, and Point of Sale products/platforms.
- Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies.
- Skills:
- Thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple projects in an iterative process.
- Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in office/work from home policy can be flexible. Our HQ is based in Irving, TX.
