About The Role
The Global Partner Organization (GPO) is hiring a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring our partners and workmates are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and support vital to drive mutual success. Drawing on your deep partner enablement experience in the SaaS industry, you will develop and implement a comprehensive partner enablement program tailored to the unique needs of our growing partner ecosystem.

About You
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years experience leading partner enablement programs for a SAAS or cloud based organization focused on Alliances, Channel, Sales, Professional Services OR Go-to-market.
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering partner enablement training, materials and resources.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, PPT AND Google sheets.
Other Qualifications:
- Prior sales or partner management experience with involvement in program development and execution.
- Maintain deadlines, detailed training and initiative status reports, and introduce process improvements to optimize management of projects across the partner organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re adept at simplifying complex topics and ideas to make them transferrable to diverse audiences.
- Experience and capacity to proactively and independently accomplish complicated tasks and projects quickly at high quality, requiring minimal mentorship.
- Sophisticated analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an action for bias to address business opportunities and challenges.
- You love data and have expertise tracking and measuring the results of enablement programs and content, and regularly report results to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce, PPT AND Google sheets.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $155,100 USD - $232,700 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $129,200 USD - $232,700 USD
